Submission Checklist

 

Before submitting a manuscript to IRELS, authors are requested to ensure that all of the following requirements have been met. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be returned to authors for revision prior to peer review.

1. Manuscript Content and Scope
 
The manuscript fits within the aims and scope of the journal and is appropriate for one of its designated sections.
 
The work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
 
The manuscript is written in clear and academic English.
2. Manuscript Preparation
 
The manuscript is prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
 
The text is double-spaced and pages are numbered consecutively.
 
The manuscript includes a title, abstract (150–250 words), keywords (3–6), main text, and references.
 
Tables and figures are properly labeled and cited in the text.
3. Anonymity and Peer Review
 
All identifying information has been removed from the manuscript file to ensure double-blind peer review.
 
Author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and funding information have been entered separately in the submission system.
4. Ethical and Legal Requirements
 
All sources have been appropriately cited and the manuscript is free from plagiarism.
 
Any potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
 
Ethical approval has been obtained for studies involving human participants, where applicable.
5. Copyright and Licensing
 
The authors agree to publish the article under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
 
The authors confirm that they retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
6. Submission Process
 
The manuscript is submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
 
The authors have reviewed the Author Guidelines and Manuscript Preparation instructions prior to submission.
