The International Review of Education and Learning Sciences (IRELS) is committed to transparency and fairness in its publishing practices. As an Open Access journal, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of publication and to ensure that articles are freely available to readers worldwide.
Standard APC Rate USD 300 Payable only upon acceptance

There are no charges for manuscript submission or peer review. The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
What the APC Covers
The APC covers the costs associated with the professional editorial and publication process, including:

✓Long-term digital archiving & access
APC Adjustments
The APC amount may be reviewed and adjusted periodically in response to changes in global publishing costs. Any adjustment will be clearly announced on the journal website in advance. Adjustments will not affect manuscripts already under review or accepted.
Waivers and Reductions
At present, IRELS does not operate a formal APC waiver or discount program. Any future waiver policies, if introduced, will be publicly stated on this page.
