Submission Preparation Checklist
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the submission being returned to the author for correction.
Original Articles
This section welcomes original academic research articles. Submissions should include introduction, methodology, analysis, and conclusion. Double-blind peer review is required. All manuscripts must follow the GRHAS formatting and ethical guidelines.
Theoretical Explorations
Focuses on theoretical innovations or conceptual discussions in the humanities and social sciences. Interdisciplinary perspectives are encouraged. A well-structured literature review is required.
Case Studies
Features in-depth analyses of specific cultural, artistic, or social phenomena. Methodological creativity and field-based insights are welcome.
Book Reviews
Reviews recent academic books (published within the last 5 years) in relevant fields. Critical engagement and scholarly dialogue are expected. Recommended length: 800–1500 words.
Interviews & Dialogues
Includes conversations with scholars, artists, or thinkers. An introduction and scholarly annotations are required for proper citation.
Art Practices & Reflections
Showcases creative processes, conceptual statements, and critical reflections on artistic works. Images are permitted but must include source and copyright information.
Conference Reports & Exchanges
Summaries and reflections on academic or artistic conferences. Includes keynotes, panels, and critical commentary.
Perspectives & Commentaries
Short-form reflections, provocations, or commentary on timely issues, theoretical trends, or critical debates.
Methods & Tools
Innovative methods, artistic workflows, or digital tools with relevance to humanities and arts scholarship.
Special Issues
This section is dedicated to the publication of peer-reviewed Special Issues curated by guest editors. All submissions must be part of an approved thematic issue under the GRHAS special issue framework. Manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review and follow the same formatting, ethical, and DOI registration standards as regular articles. Guest editors coordinate the review process under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief.

By submitting a manuscript to GRHAS, the author(s) agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. Copyright Retention
Authors retain full copyright of their work. Upon acceptance, authors grant GRHAS the right of first publication, allowing the journal to publish the work as the original venue.
2. CC BY License
Published articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY). This permits others to share, adapt, and build upon the work (even commercially) with proper credit.
Authors confirm the work is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Authors are solely responsible for content accuracy and third-party material permissions.
Documentation of permission for all copyrighted content (images, data, figures) not created by the authors must be provided upon submission.
Authors affirm compliance with academic integrity and ethical research standards, including all necessary disclosures and conflict of interest declarations.
CERTIFICATION: By confirming this notice, the corresponding author certifies that all co-authors have read and agreed to the terms outlined above.
