As a non-profit, volunteer-led academic journal, GRHAS maintains a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) structure. These fees support digital infrastructure, peer review coordination, typesetting, and long-term archiving.

* IMPORTANT DOI POLICY: Articles in the Fee-Exempt category are published purely for academic exchange and do not receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure cost-neutrality for the journal.
2. Waiver Policy
Waivers are available for authors without institutional support or from low-income economies. Requests must be submitted at the time of submission.

3. Payment Logistics
- Fees are charged only upon final acceptance of the manuscript.
- Supported payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, or International Bank Transfer.
- Multimedia: Up to five figures/tables are included. Complex datasets or high-resolution artistic galleries may incur additional production fees.

GRHAS is a non-profit, volunteer-led scholarly initiative. We do not issue commercial invoices or tax receipts. All APCs are directly reinvested into the journal’s operational costs.
