Author Guidelines
The Global Review of Humanities, Arts and Society (GRHAS) welcomes submissions from scholars, researchers, artists, and practitioners whose work contributes to critical and interdisciplinary discussions across the humanities, arts, and social sciences. All references should include complete bibliographic information to enable readers to identify and locate the cited sources.
Figures, Tables, and Illustrations
Figures, tables, and images should be clearly labeled and referenced in the text. Authors must ensure that all visual materials are of sufficient resolution and that any copyrighted materials have appropriate permission for reproduction.
Captions and source acknowledgments must be provided for all figures and tables.
Ethical Requirements
Authors must ensure that their work complies with the journal’s Publication Ethics Policy. Submissions must be original, must not be under consideration elsewhere, and must properly acknowledge all sources.
Where research involves human participants, sensitive data, or culturally significant materials, authors should confirm that appropriate ethical approval and informed consent have been obtained.
Submission Process
Authors should submit their manuscripts through the journal’s official submission system or via the designated editorial contact channel as specified on the journal’s website. The submitted manuscript should include:
- the manuscript file prepared for double-blind review
- a separate title page containing author information
- any supplementary materials if applicable
Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts following peer review. Revised submissions should include a document responding to reviewers’ comments and indicating the changes made.
Peer Review, Copyright & Open Access
All research articles and major scholarly contributions undergo a double-blind peer review process. At least two independent reviewers evaluate each manuscript for originality, scholarly contribution, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope. Editorial decisions are communicated to authors once the review process has been completed.
GRHAS is an open-access journal. Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article as the original publisher. All published articles are distributed under an open-access license that allows readers to access and share the research while ensuring proper attribution to the authors and the journal.
Final Responsibility of Authors
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with the journal’s policies and guidelines prior to submission. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s formatting or ethical requirements may be returned to the authors before entering the peer review process.
GRHAS encourages authors to carefully review these guidelines to facilitate a smooth submission and review process.
