Vol. 1 No. 1 (2025): Opening Resonances Published

We are pleased to announce that the inaugural issue of Resonance: Journal of Global Music Studies, Vol. 1 No. 1 (2025): Opening Resonances, was officially published on December 1, 2025.

This issue marks the beginning of our mission to promote global dialogue in music studies through cross-cultural perspectives and interdisciplinary inquiry. Several articles are now live, while others currently undergoing final production will be added to the issue by December 3, 2025.

We thank all authors, reviewers, and editorial staff for their contributions to this milestone. We invite readers to explore the issue and join us in this resonant exploration of music across time, space, and tradition.
