Organized by Resonance: Journal of Global Music Studies (ISSN 3053-4410), the 2026 conference will explore how musical thought, practice, and sound will evolve over the next decade — across disciplines, cultures, and technologies.

All accepted abstracts will be published in a Conference Abstract Book (Special Issue), available open access on the journal’s website. Selected papers may be invited for publication in a special issue of Resonance: Journal of Global Music Studies.
