The editorial policies of the journal are guided by established standards in scholarly publishing and aim to ensure that all participants in the publication process—authors, reviewers, and editors—adhere to appropriate ethical practices.

Responsibilities of Authors

Authors submitting manuscripts to Panorama Frontier Review are expected to adhere to the following principles:

Originality and Plagiarism Manuscripts must present original research. Authors must properly cite all sources and ensure that their work does not contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, or inappropriate reuse of previously published material.
Accurate Reporting of Research Authors should present an accurate account of the research performed and provide sufficient detail to allow others to replicate the work where applicable.
Multiple or Redundant Publication Manuscripts should not be submitted simultaneously to more than one journal or previously published elsewhere.
Authorship Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research. All co-authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission.
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the interpretation of the research results.
Data Availability Authors may be required to provide access to research data supporting the findings of the study where appropriate.

Responsibilities of Editors

Editors are responsible for ensuring a fair and transparent editorial process.

Editorial Decisions Manuscripts are evaluated based on academic merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Confidentiality Editors must treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents and must not disclose information about submissions to anyone other than those involved in the editorial process.
Conflict of Interest Editors should recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.
Integrity of the Scholarly Record Editors will take appropriate actions if ethical concerns arise, including issuing corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern when necessary.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Peer reviewers play an essential role in maintaining the quality of scholarly publications.

Confidentiality Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.
Objectivity Reviews should be conducted objectively and provide constructive feedback to assist authors in improving their work.
Acknowledgement of Sources Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
Conflict of Interest Reviewers should decline to review manuscripts in which they have competing interests.

Ethical Oversight

If ethical concerns arise regarding a submitted or published article, the editorial office will investigate the matter following the journal’s established editorial policies. Depending on the nature of the issue, appropriate actions may include requesting corrections, issuing retractions, or notifying relevant institutions.
