Plagiarism Policy
Panorama Frontier Review
Panorama Frontier Review is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and originality in scholarly publishing. All submitted manuscripts must present original work and must properly acknowledge the contributions of other researchers.
Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism includes the use of another person’s ideas, words, data, or research results without proper acknowledgment or citation. Plagiarism may occur in several forms, including but not limited to:
- copying text from published sources without appropriate citation
- presenting another researcher’s ideas or findings as one’s own
- improper paraphrasing or insufficient attribution
- reuse of previously published work without disclosure (self-plagiarism)
- duplicate or redundant publication
Screening of Manuscripts
All manuscripts submitted to Panorama Frontier Review may be screened using plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality and proper citation practices.
Manuscripts found to contain substantial overlap with previously published work may be rejected during the editorial screening or peer review process.
Acceptable Similarity
Limited similarity may occur due to commonly used academic terminology, methodological descriptions, or properly cited quotations. However, excessive textual overlap without appropriate attribution is not acceptable.
Actions in Cases of Plagiarism
If plagiarism is identified during the review process, the manuscript may be rejected and the authors may be asked to provide an explanation.
If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal may take appropriate actions, including:
- publishing a correction notice
- issuing an expression of concern
- retracting the article
Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original and that all sources are appropriately cited. By submitting a manuscript to Panorama Frontier Review, authors confirm that their work complies with the journal’s plagiarism policy and accepted standards of academic integrity.
