APC & Waiver Policy
Panorama Frontier Review
Panorama Frontier Review operates under an open-access publishing model. In order to support the costs associated with editorial management, peer review coordination, copyediting, typesetting, digital publication, and long-term preservation, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.
Article Processing Charge
The Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts is USD 500 per article.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following the peer review process. Submission of a manuscript does not require any payment.
The APC covers the costs related to:
- editorial and peer review management
- copyediting and typesetting
- digital publication and online hosting
- DOI registration and metadata distribution
- long-term digital archiving and preservation
Waiver Policy
Panorama Frontier Review is committed to promoting equitable participation in academic publishing. Authors who face financial constraints may apply for partial or full APC waivers.
Waiver requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
- authors from institutions with limited research funding
- early-career researchers or independent scholars
- authors from regions with limited access to research support
Requests for APC waivers should be submitted to the editorial office at the time of manuscript submission.
Waiver requests are evaluated independently from the peer review process. The ability of an author to pay the APC does not influence editorial decisions.
Transparency
Information regarding publication fees and waiver policies is publicly available on the journal’s website in order to ensure transparency and compliance with recognized academic publishing standards.
