Peer Review Process
Panorama Frontier Review
Panorama Frontier Review operates a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of the manuscripts it publishes. All submissions are evaluated through a structured editorial and peer review procedure.
The journal follows a double-blind peer review model, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.
Initial Editorial Assessment
After submission, the manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial office and the Editor-in-Chief or an assigned editor. During this stage, the manuscript is assessed for:
- relevance to the journal’s aims and scope
- originality and academic contribution
- compliance with submission guidelines
- adherence to ethical and publication standards
Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s basic requirements may be returned to the authors without external review.
Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:
- originality and significance of the research
- methodological rigor
- clarity of analysis and argumentation
- relevance to the academic community
Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations to assist the editors in making a decision.
Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editor will make one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
When revisions are required, authors are asked to submit a revised manuscript together with a response to reviewers’ comments.
- Minor revision: approximately 7–10 days
- Major revision: approximately 2–3 weeks
Final Decision and Publication
After the revised manuscript is received, the editor will evaluate the revisions and may consult the reviewers again if necessary before making a final decision.
- Average time from submission to first decision: approximately 2–4 weeks.
- Average time from acceptance to online publication: approximately 7–10 days.

Panorama Frontier Review is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and efficient peer review process. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Editors and reviewers are expected to follow the journal’s ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process.
