Ownership and Publisher

Climate Sustainability & Global Systems (CSGS) is published by Panorama Scholarly Group (PSG), an independent academic publisher committed to open access dissemination, interdisciplinary scholarship, and global research collaboration. PSG provides administrative, production, and technical support to the journal while respecting the full academic independence of the editorial team.

Editorial Independence

The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board of CSGS exercise full authority over:

  • Editorial decisions and peer review oversight
  • Acceptance or rejection of manuscripts
  • Selection of special issues and guest editors

Decision Criteria:

Decisions are made solely on the basis of academic merit, methodological rigor, relevance to scope, and ethical compliance. The publisher does not interfere in editorial decision-making.

Governance Structure

Editor-in-Chief Provides strategic academic leadership, ensures scholarly quality, and oversees policy development.
Associate Editors Manage peer review processes within their expertise and support editorial standards.
Editorial Board Advises on journal direction, promotes outreach, and supports peer review activities.
Guest Editors Appointed for Special Issues; operate under established editorial and ethical policies.

Conflict of Interest & Ethical Oversight

All editorial members must disclose potential conflicts. Editors recuse themselves if they are authors, have institutional ties, or personal/financial conflicts.

CSGS adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standards, maintaining rigorous procedures for handling misconduct, complaints, and retractions.
