About the Journal

Health Nexus is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality research spanning the full breadth of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Published annually, the journal provides a platform for scholarly exchange that values the unique theoretical foundations, diagnostic frameworks, and therapeutic practices of each medical tradition—without requiring integration or synthesis between them.

We welcome original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, clinical case reports, and opinion pieces that contribute to medical knowledge, healthcare delivery, and interdisciplinary dialogue. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

  • Clinical medicine (e.g., internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology)
