A Study on the Fair Competition Review System in China's Public Procurement Field

Abstract
This paper delves into the fair competition review system within China's public procurement field. Against the backdrop of the significant role that fair competition plays in public procurement, the paper outlines the relevant background, including the establishment of the fair competition principle in China's legal framework and the growing scale of public procurement. It then identifies the research objects, which involve analyzing the current state of fair competition legal governance, building a legal coordination system, and exploring optimization paths. The study highlights the theoretical and practical significance of this research, aiming to refine legal theories and enhance China's public procurement legal system. Furthermore, it reviews the domestic and international research status on this topic. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes recommendations to improve China's public procurement fair competition review system, including the establishment of a legal coordination system and the exploration of optimization paths for achieving fair competition. These suggestions are intended to bolster the fairness, transparency, and efficiency of China's public procurement market and to ensure the optimal allocation of public procurement resources and the maximization of public interests.
