Gold Open Access — All articles are freely accessible online immediately upon publication. There are no paywalls and no subscription fees for readers.

2 · Licensing

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license entails:

  • Share: Users may copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Users may remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
  • Attribution Required: Proper credit must be given to the original authors and source.

3 · Article Processing Charge (APC)

To support editorial operations and long-term archiving, a one-time APC is charged upon acceptance:

All published content is preserved via secure digital archives (e.g., PKP PN, LOCKSS) and indexed in global scholarly repositories for long-term accessibility.
