返乡入乡人员作为乡村振兴战略实施的关键微观主体，其绿色创业是践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的重要生态行动。然而，在返乡入乡绿色创业群体规模持续扩大的背景下，创业存活率偏低、可持续增长动能不足、持续创业意愿弱化等问题日益凸显。在此背景下，云凤模式通过差异化实践探索出了一条可持续的绿色创业路径。本研究基于协同视角，系统解构云凤模式“四化融合”的核心本质，以生态化夯实绿色创业根基、以组织化实现个体向群体的聚合、以合作化推动分散向协同的整合、以数字化完成传统向数字的转型。通过案例分析法，揭示云凤模式成功的关键机制，提炼返乡入乡人员绿色创业的协同逻辑，为其他返乡入乡创业人员提供实践借鉴。

Returning rural entrepreneurs, as key micro-level actors in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, engage in green entrepreneurship as a critical ecological practice to realize the vision that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets." However, amid the continuous expansion of the green entrepreneurship cohort among returning rural entrepreneurs, challenges such as low survival rates of entrepreneurial ventures, insufficient momentum for sustainable growth, and weakened willingness for continuous entrepreneurship have become increasingly prominent. Against this backdrop, the Yunfeng Model has explored a distinctive and sustainable path for green entrepreneurship through differentiated practices. This study, from a synergistic perspective, systematically deconstructs the core essence of the "fourfold integration" (ecological, organizational, cooperative, and digital) in the Yunfeng Model—specifically, how ecological development consolidates the foundation of green entrepreneurship, organizational integration transforms individual actors into collective entities, cooperative mechanisms aggregate dispersed resources, and digital transformation upgrades traditional practices. Using case study analysis, this research uncovers the key mechanisms underlying the success of the Yunfeng Model, extracts the synergistic logic of green entrepreneurship among returning rural entrepreneurs, and provides practical references for other returning rural entrepreneurs.
