乡村振兴是关乎国计民生的重大战略举措，人才振兴在其中发挥着关键支撑作用。本文聚焦党建引领乡贤回引这一核心主题，深入剖析其对乡村振兴的多元推动路径及深远实践意义。综合运用文献研究法、案例分析法、访谈调查法与实证研究法，从组织建设强化、产业发展驱动、文化传承创新、生态环境优化及基层治理提升五大维度，系统揭示党建引领乡贤回引整合乡村资源、激发内生发展动力、重塑乡村发展格局的内在逻辑，为乡村振兴提供可持续的智力支持与实践指引，助力农业农村现代化建设迈向高质量发展新阶段。

Rural revitalization is a major strategic initiative vital to national development and public well-being, with talent revitalization playing a critical supporting role. This paper focuses on the core theme of Party building-led return of local elites ("xiangxian") and provides an in-depth analysis of its multifaceted pathways and profound practical significance in promoting rural revitalization. Through a comprehensive methodology combining literature review, case studies, interviews, and empirical research, the study explores five key dimensions: strengthening organizational construction, driving industrial development, innovating cultural heritage, optimizing the ecological environment, and enhancing grassroots governance. It systematically reveals the internal logic by which Party-led mechanisms for mobilizing local elites integrate rural resources, stimulate endogenous development momentum, and reshape rural development patterns. The findings offer sustainable intellectual support and practical guidance for advancing rural revitalization and accelerating the high-quality development of agricultural and rural modernization.
