In an age of algorithmic opacity and blurred truths, legal frameworks, psychological mechanisms, and media infrastructures face unprecedented challenges. This special issue of the Journal of Law, Psychology, and Communication Studies (JLPCS) seeks to examine the evolving boundaries between truth and falsehood, with particular attention to legal responses, cognitive pathways, and media governance in the context of disinformation, AI-driven persuasion, and digital trust crises.
在算法不透明、真实与虚假日益模糊的时代，法律制度、心理机制与媒体传播结构正面临前所未有的挑战。本专题特刊聚焦“真伪边界”的动态演变，重点探讨在虚假信息扩散、AI 驱动的说服机制以及数字信任危机背景下，法律回应、认知路径与信息治理问题。
We welcome original and interdisciplinary contributions from scholars in law, psychology, communication studies, and related fields. Both theoretical analyses and empirical studies are encouraged.
