Silence operates under a Diamond Open Access model. All articles are published without article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, or access fees. The journal is committed to sustaining open scholarly exchange without financial barriers for authors or readers.
Each issue of Silence is limited to 300 pages in total length. This limit is structural rather than evaluative. Manuscripts accepted after the page limit has been reached will automatically be scheduled for publication in the subsequent issue.
This policy ensures editorial continuity, production stability, and a fair allocation of publication space, while preserving the journal’s commitment to rigorous, reflective, and methodologically transparent scholarship.
《Silence》採鑽石開放取用（Diamond Open Access）模式出版。所有文章均不收取投稿費、審查費或文章處理費（APCs），讀者亦可自由取用全文。本刊致力於建立不受經濟門檻限制之學術交流空間。
每一期總頁數以 300 頁為上限。此頁數限制屬於編輯與出版結構安排，而非評價標準。當該期頁數已滿時，後續已接受之稿件將自動順延至下一期刊登。
