FINANCIAL POLICY
The Journal of Engineering Systems and Applications (JESA) is an open-access journal. To cover the costs of editorial handling, peer review, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term archiving, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of their manuscript.

03. Waivers & Discounts
Waivers or discounts may be considered for authors from low- and middle-income countries, early-career researchers, or in cases of financial hardship. Requests should be made at the time of submission.
04. Payment Process
- An APC invoice will be issued after acceptance.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer or approved methods before publication.
NO SUBMISSION FEE There is no fee for manuscript submission or for articles that are rejected during peer review.
