招募对象 Eligibility

高校与科研机构中具有副教授及以上职称，或具有相当学术影响力的专家学者。

具备良好的学术声誉与国际视野，能够参与期刊战略与专题组织。
Associate Professors or above, or scholars with comparable academic credentials and influence. International outlook and engagement with academic publishing are preferred.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, manuscript recommendation, key paper reviews, and promoting the journal’s academic reputation.
二、审稿人招募 | Peer Reviewer Recruitment招募对象 Eligibility

欢迎具有硕士及以上学历或在读的研究人员（特别欢迎博士生与青年学者）申请。
Master's degree holders and postgraduate researchers (especially PhD candidates and early-career scholars) are encouraged to apply.
职责与要求 Responsibilities

遵守匿名审稿流程，完成高质量评议

提出专业、客观、建设性的意见建议
-
正常审稿周期为2–3周，时间可协商
Reviewers are expected to conduct timely, constructive, and anonymous peer evaluations within a typical 2–3 week window.

Board members are officially listed and prioritized for special issues and editorial initiatives. Annual service certificates can be issued upon request.
对审稿人 For Peer Reviewers-
可获得本刊统一颁发的年度电子审稿证明，可用于职称申报等用途；

所有审稿记录将存档于本刊数据库；
-
表现优异者将优先纳入青年编委或特邀评审库。
Reviewers receive an annual review certificate and their activity is logged internally. Outstanding reviewers may be invited for advanced editorial roles.
适当激励机制 Additional Incentives本刊将在具体条件允许的情况下，为有持续贡献的编委或审稿人提供一定的出版支持，包括优先审稿、适度减免版面费等激励措施（需编辑部审批）。
Where applicable, contributors with consistent service may receive editorial privileges such as priority review or partial publication fee waivers, subject to editorial discretion.
